Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how AspirePoint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for products purchased through aspirepoint.net (the “Site”). By placing an order with us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase.


  • Processing includes order verification, product handling, and packaging before shipment.


  • Some items may ship separately depending on availability and logistics.


2. Shipping Times & Regions
We deliver to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and other major international regions.

Average estimated shipping times (business days):

  • United States: 7–15 days


  • Canada: ~11 days


  • United Kingdom: ~9 days


  • European Union countries: ~9–15 days


  • Brazil: 25–35 days


  • Other international destinations: 15–30 days


These are average estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or unforeseen events outside of our control.
3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


  • Promotional offers for free or discounted shipping will be clearly stated at checkout.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.


  • Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your local government.


  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.


  • AspirePoint is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Shipping Issues

  • If an order is delayed beyond our maximum delivery windows (60 days global, 45 days U.S., 110 days Brazil), customers may qualify for a replacement or refund, consistent with our fulfillment partner’s policies.


  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers may be required to provide a non-delivery certification from their local carrier/postal authority before a replacement can be issued.


  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence to qualify for a replacement.


7. Limitations

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain regions where carriers restrict delivery.


  • High-demand or seasonal products may experience longer than usual delivery times.


  • AspirePoint is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs holds, or other events beyond our control.


8. Contact Us
Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

  • Refunds and replacements are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

 

  • Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) of defect or damage within the required timeframe.

 

  • If approved, a replacement will be issued first; refunds are only offered if replacement is not possible.
