This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines how AspirePoint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on aspirepoint.net (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the purchase date.
Processing includes order verification, product handling, quality check, and packaging.
Depending on product availability and logistics, some items may ship separately.
AspirePoint shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, carrier delays,
customs inspections, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government
actions.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the following regions:
United States
Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days
International Countries
(Including Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Finland, Spain, and other supported European countries)
Estimated Delivery: 6–18 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs delays, carrier processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
3. Shipping Costs
United States
Free standard shipping on all orders.
International Countries
Flat-rate international shipping: $9.99
Charged automatically at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address.
Pricing is not affected by item weight; rates apply to all orders regardless of order size or price.
Promotional offers for free shipping or discounted rates will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.
4. Tracking Information
Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order ships.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees required by their local customs authority.
AspirePoint is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
6. Shipping Issues
Customers may qualify for a replacement or refund if:
The order has not arrived within the maximum delivery windows:
U.S.: 45 days
International: 60 days
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, a non-delivery declaration or local carrier confirmation may be required.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery and include photo or video evidence to qualify for a replacement.
7. Limitations
Certain carriers may restrict delivery to P.O. boxes in specific regions.
High-demand or seasonal products may experience longer delivery times.
AspirePoint is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs holds, strikes, pandemics, or other factors outside our control.
8. Returns & Replacements
Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into this Policy.
Refunds and replacements are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
“Change-of-mind” returns are not accepted.
Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) within the required timeframe.
Eligible orders will receive a replacement first; refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.
